In addition to corporate and commercial law issues, I advise on the purchase and sale of companies (M&A transactions), group restructurings and reorganizations in accordance with the German Reorganization Act (Umwandlungsgesetz) and the German Reorganization Tax Act (Umwandlungssteuergesetz).

In this respect, my initial focus is on the corporate and business target structure and, based on this, on the tax-optimized approach.

And in doing so, I co-operate since years successfully and trustingly with colleagues in the fields of auditing, tax consultancy and legal advice as well as with renowned notaries in the sense of team-oriented integrated and, above all, practice-oriented advice to our clients.
