In addition to corporate and commercial law issues, I advise on the purchase and sale of companies (M&A transactions), group restructurings and reorganizations in accordance with the German Reorganization Act (Umwandlungsgesetz = Reorganization Tax Act) and the German Reorganization Tax Act (Umwandlungssteuergesetz).

Pre-trial and criminal tax proceedings are usually most effectively defended at an early stage, when the focus is still on tax law and not on the criminal procedure code during the pre-trial proceedings.
Commercial and corporate law
For many years I have also accompanied companies as interim managing director or advisory board or supervisory board member.
And in doing so, I co-operate successfully and trustingly with colleagues in the fields of auditing, tax consultancy and legal advice as well as with renowned notaries in the sense of team-oriented holistic and, above all, practice-oriented advice to our clients.
